You can use the Vio App to read printed Vio QR Codes on compatible documents and view all the original data from the document on your cellphone screen, including the photo. You can then compare this information with the data displayed on the Vio App to validate the document as trusted.
The currently supported documents include:
- Brazilian driver's license (CNH)
- Brazilian national identity card (DNI)
- Brazilian vehicle license (CRLV)
- Brazilian license plate (Placa Veicular)
More official government documents will soon be supported.
Vio QR Code technology was developed by SERPRO and differs from standard QR Codes. This is why the Vio App can only read its proprietary QR Codes.
Vio operates offline, allowing you to read and decode Vio QR Codes without requiring internet access.
